I love stylish action and creative fights. It takes more than fast hands and flashy kicks to wow me. I love a fight that:

One of our own has fallen. Anthony Robinson, who played Bullet Bill, has passed away. Anthony was one of the greatest guys I’ve met. I finally made it to NYCC, my first big industry con. I met Freddie W of Rocketjump. I ran into a lot of popular cosplayers at nightclubs. I got to see some cool costumes and meet some nice people. Big thanks to Hashtag Comics and Elysiam Entertainment for the opportunity to attend NYCC. Also a shoutout to John and Sonicboombox for throwing some great nightclub events.

Guardians of the Galaxy cosplayers got a surprise visit from the film’s director, James Gunn, and his brother Sean, who played several roles in the film. Beat Down Boogie was on hand to capture the good times that ensued.
We went to an anime con on an aircraft carrier in South Carolina! Check it out!

Unlike Dragon Con, the crowd here gravitated to the darker lower levels of the hotels which made filming a little tricky. Everyone was super nice and we made a lot of new friends. The crowd (on average) was younger than Dragon Con, but older than most anime conventions. The Dragon Con vets in attendance could be found near … Read the rest
